Assess the State of Play
In moments of swift and massive change, in order to discern your best course of action, you must first acquire a deep understanding of the current state of play.
In this training, I'll unpack the lay of the land related to the broad range of attacks on opportunities in both the public and private sectors as well as examine implications of those attacks on businesses that serve consumers directly.
No matter who your business serves, know that the game has now changed.
In this training you’ll receive critical insight on the new reality you’ll now need to learn to effectively navigate this moment and win.
Day 2
Opportunity Identification:
What NEW Needs Exist Now?
What you focus on expands.
That said, if you only focus on the retrenchment of opportunities, your ability for growth in this new era will only constrict.
But when you fix your attention on finding where new opportunities exist, your field of opportunities begin to widen.
Before long, you’ll be seeing entirely new lanes open up for you.
In this night’s training, you’ll learn the art of opportunity expansion. It's time to get focused on how to more effectively identify opportunities, even in more difficult & crisis-ridden times. In fact, it is in precisely times like this, that new opportunities arise.
Day 3
Think BROADER:
Expand Your Scope of Capabilities
You’ve already experienced success.
But know in this moment you must think bigger, deeper and broader about your full range of capabilities.
You have the skills, the talents and experience that has brought you this far. But now you need more. You can’t afford to leave any internal assets that reside within you untapped. unexamined.
So in this training, I'll help you explore the full range of capabilities that live within you so that you can begin to see the full breadth of capabilities you can lean into now in order to tap into the full range of possibilities that lie ahead.
Day 4
INNOVATION Determination
In this training I’ll introduce you to my Process of Innovation Determination. This is the exact process I’ve used successfully for years to produce millions.
It’s time to think outside the box, flex your creative muscle, and explore timely and new ways your business can meet the urgent needs that have emerged as a result of the current crisis.
Trust and believe when I say, in moments of crisis there also exists new and quite profitable opportunities. But to tap into those opportunities, you must lean into the Art of INNOVATION. Through this session, your next level begins.
Day 5
Bulletproof Your Mind in a Time of Psychological Warfare
What’s happening now is not normal.
The current crisis represents not only unprecedented political and economic shifts, it's also a reflection of a major cultural shift.
The result?
You must now navigate a coarsening culture that’s meant to make you feel unwelcome, less worthy, incapable, and experiences a nagging sense that you don’t belong.
This is not by happenstance. Not at all. This is cold and calculated psychological warfare.
Know that when you think less of you, you’re unable to effectively fight at the level that is necessary for your business to win.
The goal is to take you out. And to do so both psychologically and economically. The forces that are aligned against us understand that if they take out your mind, your business will soon follow.
I refuse to let that happen.
So in this training, I’ll share how to bulletproof mindset in the midst of this psychological storm and instead, tap into the warrior energy that still lives within your DNA.
